Carl has over 20 years experience in the design industry, after 10 years of print and branding he made the move to specialise in the web in 2000.

Carl lives in Herefordshire with his wife and three kids, he has recently taken up Ju-Jitsu and is determined to work his way up the belts!

Rob Allen - Technical Director
A highly experienced developer, Rob is well known and respected in the PHP community. He is the lead author of the popular book Zend Framework in Action and he is regularly invited to speak at conferences.

Outside of the office (and inside) Rob is a keen photographer; he lives in Worcester with his wife and two sons.

Rob specialises in the 'behind the scenes' programming for Big Room Internet. His knowledge of PHP, JavaScript and content management make him highly versatile in development and troubleshooting.

Rob has recently got engaged and bought a house, he is very good at baking cakes and regularly treats the Big Room team.
