Carl has over 20 years experience in the design industry, after 10 years of print and branding he made the move to specialise in the web in 2000.

Carl lives in Herefordshire with his wife and three kids, he has recently taken up Ju-Jitsu and is determined to work his way up the belts!

Rob Allen - Technical Director
A highly experienced developer, Rob is well known and respected in the PHP community. He is the lead author of Zend Framework in Action and he is regularly invited to speak at conferences.

Outside of the office (and inside) Rob is a keen photographer; he lives in Worcester with his wife and two sons.
