Support agreements ensure all ongoing technical matters are taken care of in a guaranteed time frame. Our software is guaranteed for six months so any errors not picked up during testing will be fixed free of charge during this period. However, our clients take reassurance in us providing a channel of support, advice and troubleshooting for our products and more.
