Why can't I see my Google ads?
There are a number of reasons why you may not see your Google ads appearing when you think they should.
Has the daily advertising budget been used up?
When a monthly campaign budget is agreed we limit Google costs to a maximum daily advertising spend (a 30th of the monthly spend). If the adverts are popular the daily limit may be reached early in the day. At that point your adverts are withdrawn and won't re-appear until the start of the following day.
Adverts don't always appear on every search request
Popular search phrases may entered on Google many hundreds or thousands of times a day. To help manage the daily spend your Google ads will not be delivered in results on each occasion.
You may have to repeat the search or fresh the search results up to 10 times before you witness your advert.
Your ad may not be on page one of results
Only after a few days of a campaign do we truly know what bid is required to guarantee an advert appearing on the first page of search results. In this early period an advert competing for a popular sponsorship may be listing on results page two or lower.
Is it the right time of day?
Some ad campaigns are more suited to certain times of the day or days of the week. Check that you are searching within the pre-agreed campaign time spans.
Am I searching the right key words?
We confirm to you the key words we are sponsoring within the Google campaign. Adverts won't appear on search phrases outside of those we set.
